Choosing the pace

For travelers with time

If you travel now that the children have grown, the choice is mostly about how much walking a trip asks of you and how often you want to pack a case. The kind of trip decides most of that.

One hotel for the chag
A Pesach or Sukkot program is the whole chag in one hotel: nothing to pack in the middle, and the day is yours between the meals and the shiurim.
Unpack once, at sea
On a cruise the ship moves while you sleep. The days ashore are as active as you make them, and the days at sea are for rest and the lectures.
Full days on foot
The tours are touring weeks: markets, old towns and castles on foot, with the coach in between. Shabbat is always a rest day.
Your own party
The two safaris are private, so the party, the dates and the pace are yours. The game drives start early and the middle of the day is for rest.

Our page on kosher tours for travelers with time sets each trip's pace side by side. Traveling alone? Ask us about a cabin or a room for one, and read how trips work for guests on their own. There are no religious requirements to join any trip, and we never ask about your observance.

Questions about choosing a trip

Is every trip kosher?

Yes. Every meal on every trip is Glatt Kosher Mehadrin. How the food reaches the table differs from trip to trip, a hotel kitchen, a kitchen on board or delivered catering, and each trip's own page says exactly how and names the supervision.

Why does a trip say "to be announced"?

Because its next date is not set yet. We only print dates we have. If you are interested in one of those trips, inquire anyway: the person for your region will tell you what is planned.

Can we travel on our own dates?

The two safaris are private and run on your dates. The tours, cruises and holiday programs run on fixed dates with the group; ask us about pre and post stays.

How do I book?

Open the trip and send the short inquiry form; the trip you were reading is already filled in. A person replies, not a system, and your place is set by the reservation form and the deposit. Nothing is paid on this website.
