Buenos Aires & The Worlds Only All Kosher Antarctica Cruise – The 7th Continent; 12 nights

06-18 February 2026

Antarctica, often referred to as the 7th continent, the land at the end of the world, and the last to be discovered, is truly a realm of extremes.

The southernmost continent has long captivated the hearts of legendary explorers such as Shackleton, Scott, and Amundsen. Drawn by the allure of its mysterious and uncharted territories, these pioneers were driven by a deep desire for discovery, with some even sacrificing their lives in the pursuit of exploring the unknown.

Antarctica remains the most inhospitable terrain on Earth, yet it is precisely this ruggedness that exerts an irresistible allure for those who have ventured to explore nearly every corner of the globe.

We invite you to embark on this extraordinary journey with us, to set foot on the last of the seven continents. This once-in-a-lifetime experience promises to be a defining moment, offering the rare opportunity to witness the unmatched beauty and awe-inspiring challenges of Antarctica up close.

Dear David and Chana,

I want to thank you both for orchestrating a totally amazing and completely successful Pesach prog at the Elysium , Rhodes.

We both felt highly motivated, involved and made many new friends.

I was analyzing why the  8 days was such an outrageous success and the following 5 points came to mind :

  1. The island of Rhodes is an idyllic location with its natural beauty and rich, though tragic, jewish history. There is simply so much to explore and see.
  2. The Elysium Hotel delivered a level of friendly and efficient service beyond our wildest expectation. The staff, in their entirety, could not be more helpful and pleasant to deal with. The position of the hotel is triple A, nestling right on  the warm Med and the rooms were so comfy.
  3. The cuisine was of the highest quality and a very big hashakoach to the kitchen staff and mashgichim.
  4. The details of the daily prog were a scientific work of art with something for everyone from 3 years to 80 ! The planning thereof was exceptional and, being an annal bean counter myself, I was highly impressed with the structure and content of the various activities.
  5. And finally, all the participants spoke English !! What a win. We could converse and get to know one another without the barrier of a foreign language. We met many new fascinating individuals and families  whom we’ll endeavour to remain in contact with in the year ahead.

So, all in all, a wonderful and unique experience and clearly a model you’ve created  which has been positively accepted and PG will grow from strength to strength  in the years to come.

Shabbat shalom and oncemore, toda raba from Leora and I.

Kind regards,

Michael Sternberg

On behalf of Effie and myself and Chaim and Leslie and family and Yaakov and Shanna and family— many many thanks for a beautiful Yom Tov!

You truly are an amazing host and hostess!  You care about your guests’ experience and we felt your warmth and genuine concern the entire time!

You are not afraid of feedback–which shows how committed you are to providing the ultimate Yom Tov!

We had a fantastic time!

It is depressing to read about how many programs run out of food, matzah, had too many guests, and a variety of other complaints.  Kudos to you for making sure we were not lacking anything!!

We never felt like there wouldn’t be enough–the tea room was constantly being refilled–the food in the dining room was constantly being refilled–the desserts were over the top delicious and plentiful– there was matzah–there was everything we needed for the seder!  There were so many delicious dishes and meats and salads and fish! This takes a lot of work and organization and planning to get everything you need to the hotel and more!

We thank you for that!   We even had omelets the day we left–this is the gold standard!!

We save all year for this treat and to take the kids for an incredible vacation and you made it superb!

The hotel staff could not have been nicer—they did an amazing job keeping the hotel pristine!

Yashar Koach for arranging such a fabulous Pesach and letting us stay for an incredible bonus Shabbos!  The icing on the cake!

Wishing you both Hatzlachah Rabbah and may Hashem shower you with tons of brachos and nachas!

THANK YOU! The learning opportunities were incredible. My heart and mind is filled with deep Torah and I am grateful. Thank you for sharing insights and learning tools with us Rabbi Fohrman, Imu, Reena and Davina. All sessions were so impactful! Such a fabulous experience! Thank you David and Chana & the Kosher Travelers team especially your boys!

Shabbat Shalom from the Hackett Family.

Dear David and Chana,

I’ve been to Israel for Pesach with David Zwiebel & family dozens of times, in many cities and various hotels. I can say with confidence that this year’s chag at the Leonardo Plaza ranks with the very best experiences over the years. From the wait staff to the terrific Mark Salem it was a great Pesach and the variety and quality of the food excellent. Yasher koach.
