This 7 night / 8 day affordable 4 star tour, takes place in 2 major highlights of the region, in a well designed, easy to enjoy itinerary for those wanting value for money, but with good quality accommodations, personalised guide services and family friendly.
We start our time in the most beautiful city, and coastal regions in the world, Cape Town.ย Truly a unique city surrounding by Table Mountain National Park, huge bays, beautiful mountain ranges, coastal drives and fascinating history.
We then head up to Kruger National Park, for our final 3 nights, with the option to not only enjoy a safari, but also to take a tour of the largest green canyon on the continent, and a unrivalled mixture of eco systems, wildlife viewing and rural African villages.
Starts every Wednesday in Cape Town, and ends the next Wednesday in Johannesburg.
This is not a group tour, and is suitable for couples, families travelling , and prices are based on a minimum of 6 persons to guarantee departure.

Arrive via Johannesburg or direct into Cape Town airport.ย Our tour guide will whisk you straight to your hotel, 25ย minutes away, to relax and recover from the long haul flight. Welcome dinner with a personalised gift will be served in your room,ย or downstairs in the restaurant area.
After breakfast, we will depart on a full-day tour of Cape of Good Hope, and en route we will also stop at the famous African Penguin Colony, and walk to the stunning lighthouse set on one of the highest sea cliffs in South Africa, overlooking the entrance to False Bay. En route back we will stop at various viewpoints including the famous Chapmans Peak drive, reminiscent of Amalfi Coastline in Italy.
Cape Townโs history dates back to when Lithuanian Jews fled northern Europe to come to South Africa, and in the heart of Cape Townโs historic city centre there is one of the oldest Synagogues in the Southern Hemisphere, as well as a lovely walk through formal gardens with Houses of Parliament, SA National Gallery, and then just up the hill, the cable way to Table Mountain. Our morning is packed with history, beautiful views and a walking tour of the area. The afternoon we will break out of the city centre and over the hill to an incredible botanical reserve located on the side slopes of Table Mountain, and visit the tree canopy bridge set high above the forest floor, overlooking a large area teeming with birdlife, and hundreds of unique plant species. Return to the hotel with ample time to prepare for Shul, and walk down the hill for Friday night Shabbos services.
Return to the hotel for a private Shabbos dinner.
Day at leisure for Shabbat. Shabbat meals included.
Perhaps take one last walk down the Atlantic Ocean Promenade, if you are an early bird, and then breakfast, before transferring to Cape Town airport. Fly 2 hours 30 minutes directly to Kruger National Parkโs central region.ย Your ranger will meet you and transfer you 45 minutes through the african bush to a stunning little lodge withย private plunge pools and a great location in the heart of the African savanna. A light meal will be served on arrival and then settle in, before going on a quick late afternoon sunset game drive.
The lodge is located at the junction of various highlights. Morning and afternoon safari drives, interspersed with brunch, late lunch. Weather permitting enjoy a lovely bush barbeque at a lovely setting under the stars.
Today is a great opporuntity to discuss with your ranger 2 options. Either you can do a Full day Panorama route journey, where we will see the largest Green canyon on earth, the Blyde River Canyon, Graskop Gorge and the Bourkes Luck Potholes.
Or you can replace it with an open 4 x 4 tour into a Big 5 reserve near the Orpen Gate which is teeming with Big 5, and perhapsย combine this with the wildlife rehabilitation centre visit. Both options include a premade Kosher parev picnic lunch en route , and a wonderful final farewell Fleischik dinner.
After a final early morning game drive, and a leisurely breakfast,ย we will transfer at 12noon to the nearest airport and fly 1 hour back to Johannesburg and connect onto your international flight later the evening.

After the loss of my beloved wife Muriel ZโL last year I confess I was dreading my first Seder and Pesach in 63 years without her by my side. However once the position became clear, Rabbi David Lapin and Gilda Posner and their respective families lost no opportunity of involving us with them and with other guests, as well as in the program generally.
It is thanks to them that we enjoyed the Chag more than we had ever hoped for, and I shall be most grateful if you will convey my heartfelt thanks and that of my son and granddaughter to them for their empathy.
As to the program itself, I am happy to have been able to contribute something to its content and hope, IYโH, to be able to do so again in the future.

As we approach our first Shabbos after Rhodes, our nearly 30 BAโH family members are looking around for our monster table on the PR level and canโt quite understand why the spread of delicacies isnโt quite what it was this time last week. Or the week beforeโฆ
Itโs therefore an appropriate time to thank you all for the most positive, relaxing, fun filled and meaningful holiday we have ever experienced as a family.
From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with you all. The logistics of our booking were not the easiest and, throughout, you helped find solutions that made things work.
We were overwhelmed when we arrived and equally overwhelmed when we reluctantly left! The attention to detail was unparalleled throughout; the location was beautiful and the class with which you all operated was something hugely impressive.
We chose Pesach to celebrate a momentous occasion in Sue & Alfredโs lives and you helped us fulfil that celebration in style and love. And for that and a fabulous 12 days and nights, we will be forever grateful to you all.
