The Americas
Kosher tours in the Americas, from the Panama Canal to the ice of the Antarctic Peninsula: a week in Panama in July, Machu Picchu and the Amazon, Old Havana, and an expedition cruise from the tip of Argentina. Every meal is Glatt Kosher Mehadrin, and Shabbat is kept with the local community or with the group.
The next departures
Three escorted tours, an expedition cruise and a cruise in Alaska. Panama has a date; the others are announced as each next departure is fixed.

Dates and from-prices are the ones published today, per person sharing a double room or cabin, in US dollars. Each page carries the full itinerary, the hotels, the price and the terms.
Central America · July 12–19, 2027
Eight days in Panama in July, when schools in the US, Canada and Israel are out for the summer, so school-age children can come.
You see the Panama Canal at the Miraflores Locks, the old quarter of Casco Viejo, the rainforest and Gatun Lake, an Emberá village on the Chagres River, the Caribbean coast and the countryside of San Carlos. All seven nights are at the JW Marriott in Panama City, so you unpack once. Dinners are at Panama City's kosher restaurants, and Shabbat is with the community at Ahavat Sion. More on the country: kosher Panama.

South America
Two ways to go south: ten days in Peru, from Lima to the Amazon, and the Antarctica cruise, which begins with a Shabbat in Buenos Aires and sails from Ushuaia, at the southern tip of Argentina.
Ten days from Lima on the Pacific: Cusco, the old capital of the Incas, Machu Picchu by train, the salt terraces and Inca ruins of the Sacred Valley, and two nights at a lodge on the Madre de Dios River. Breakfast and dinner are under Chabad, with dinners at the Lima Synagogue and Chabad Cusco and a mashgiach at the lodge, and Shabbat is in Cusco with Chabad. The three flights inside Peru and the train to Machu Picchu are included. The 2027 tour runs November 1–10, 2027. Kosher Tour of Peru: Machu Picchu and the Amazon

Argentina and Antarctica · next sailing to be announced
Our kosher Antarctica cruise: ten nights on the M/V Sea Spirit from Ushuaia, across the Drake Passage to the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula, and back.
Most days in Antarctica there is a guided landing or a Zodiac cruise among the glaciers, the penguin colonies and the whales, and the ship's polar experts lecture on the days at sea. The kitchen on board is used only for the group, under a head mashgiach who sails with us, and the price includes a Friday and Shabbat at a hotel in Buenos Aires and the flights between Buenos Aires and Ushuaia. The dates of the next sailing are to be announced.
The All-Kosher Antarctica Expedition Cruise

The Caribbean · not currently scheduled
Five days based in Havana with a local English-speaking guide: the plazas, museums and vintage cars of Old Havana, Cuba's oldest congregations, a day in the tobacco country of Viñales Valley, and the Jewish Cemetery at Guanabacoa.
Every meal is Glatt Mehadrin at Chateau Blanc, Havana's kosher-certified facility, under International Kosher Mehadrin supervision. The group visits the Adath Israel synagogue and El Patronato (Beth Shalom). The tour is not currently scheduled for a fixed departure.

North America
Our kosher Alaska cruise sails between Vancouver and Whittier: seven nights through the Inside Passage to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Icy Strait Point and Hubbard Glacier. The last two sailings were in August 2026; the dates of the next one are to be announced. No Hawaii tour is on the calendar today; we have taken guests there before, in December 2022.
Kosher Alaska Cruise: the Inside Passage and Hubbard Glacier
“We would never have arranged all these logistics on our own,” Gary and Michelle Perl wrote from New York after the Hawaii tour; the other letters from it are on the guest reviews page. Tell us which you are interested in and we will let you know when one is announced.

Kashrut
Every meal on every trip is Glatt Kosher Mehadrin. How it reaches the table depends on the country, and each page says exactly how.
In Panama City the group eats dinner at the city's kosher restaurants: meat, dairy, Mediterranean and Italian. In Peru breakfast and dinner are under Chabad, with a mashgiach at the Amazon lodge. In Havana every meal is at Chateau Blanc, under International Kosher Mehadrin supervision. On the Sea Spirit the kitchen is ours, used only for the group, with a head mashgiach who sails for the whole voyage. Tell us about any allergy or dietary need when you inquire.

What our guests have to say
“It was a very warm and friendly group and much appreciated, especially as a solo participant.”
“Torah learning with you all was also an awesome highlight!”
“My heart and mind is filled with deep Torah and I am grateful.”
