Moreover, we extend to you a second thank you for convincing us, the entire Schuster/Korros family, to “take the plunge.” It was so much fun for all of us to be together, over the holiday, in such a beautiful place. We have been going to the Hacienda Forest-view Hotel with Kosher Travelers for the past 6 years. It is the perfect place for a family getaway. The central lawn, which allows for parents to keep an eye out for even the youngest of kids, provides a great space to run free, including during meal times, letting the parents sit back and enjoy their meal. The play areas include mini-golf, ping pong, a huge chessboard, a well-stocked kids club, the pool with plenty of shady areas and comfy chairs, a spa so the adults can remember they are adults, and top-notch location for trips and activities, highlight just some of the first-rate amenities the hotel offers. Our extended family, from Israel, New Jersey, and Florida, ranging from 6 to over 70, all have the right combination of rest and activities to choose from. After the loss of my beloved wife Muriel Z’L last year I confess I was dreading my first Seder and Pesach in 63 years without her by my side. However once the position became clear, Rabbi David Lapin and Gilda Posner and their respective families lost no opportunity of involving us with them and with other guests, as well as in the program generally.
It is thanks to them that we enjoyed the Chag more than we had ever hoped for, and I shall be most grateful if you will convey my heartfelt thanks and that of my son and granddaughter to them for their empathy.
As to the program itself, I am happy to have been able to contribute something to its content and hope, IY’H, to be able to do so again in the future.

We are just back from the China trip – tired and coldish but utterly exhilarated by all we have seen and experienced. Rona and Aaron Michelson were simply marvellous and the tour more than lived up to our expectations. We are also very grateful to you for organising our onward trip to Hong Kong. All the arrangements worked like clockwork and the hotel was superb. Our guide -Canny – who we highly recommend – made our four day stay really enjoyable and took us at a sensible pace. We want to thank you for hosting us and our children on an amazing kosher tour of Iceland this summer!!!
You put together a non-stop thrill ride of exhilarating other-worldly experiences, taking care of all the logistics, transportation, guides, venue selections, scheduling and other details and catering to the interests of all ages in the family. At the same time, you were able to customize the program to accommodate our own requests and suggestions, all seamlessly integrated. All we needed to do was show up and we found ourselves climbing glaciers, riding snowmobiles, speeding through arctic glacial waters on zodiac boats, navigating through lava caves and hiking through the most spectacular scenery we have ever encountered.
You were always there to address any special needs that arose and we particularly appreciated your efforts to accommodate our various family members’ food allergies – and of course your arranging for Anthony to lein his bar mitzva parasha on his birthday! You were both also great company and great hosts at all times.
Kol hakavod and we will be reminiscing about our Iceland trip with you for many years to come, always over a glass of Floki!
