20-29 October 2026

The Perfect Cruise to The Canary Islands

Sail through a beautiful chain of islands boasting 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, breathtaking panoramas, a wide range of outdoor activities, significant cultural sightseeing and a famously laid-back vibe. Welcome to the Canary Islands – where sun and sand meet volcanic landscapes, sub-tropical forests and a bustling food and wine scene. Fall in love with the charm of Tenerife and the glory of Teide National Park. Crank up the energy windsurfing in Fuerteventura. Dive into history and culture in Gran Canaria. Take our word for it, the Canary Islands really sing.

Islas Canarias as they are known are at the Southern Coast of Spain and are the largest and most populous portion of Macaronesia – a collection of four volcanic archipelagos off the continents of Africa and Europe. These islands were formed when the peaks of ocean-floor seamounts rose above the ocean’s surface. Because of the resulting mountains, the islands have some of the best star gazing in the world, and even contain two renowned observatories.

We had the most wonderful time at Hacienda over Pesach 2019. The people, the programming, and the accommodations were amazing and everything we had hoped for. Our kids loved meeting new friends and participating in fun activities, and we all enjoyed the delicious food and the beautiful grounds of the hotel. Although we felt completely spoiled by the excellent service, the program’s warm, low-key vibe was the best part of the experience.

I was also at Kosher Travelers in Rhodes. Great program. David and Chana Walles came over to each of us personally and introduced themselves on first day- they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Food great and plentiful. Staff amazing. Good camp and entertainment. Beautiful hotel with nice grounds and stunning trails in the area. Very well organized luxury program. I would definitely book with Kosher Travelers again.

We had a very good time in Dubai for Chanuka 2023. The people in the group were great and and David and Chana were very efficient and friendly. Everything ran smoothly. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We stayed in a nice hotel and appreciate the good service. We would certainly highly recommend this tour and look forward to joining future trips

The Kosher Travelers – a wonderfully integrated group of 35 guests included participants from age 17 up to 74 — fearlessly climbed to beautiful vistas and geological marvels of this unique country. We visited waterfalls, glaciers, hot springs, geysers, active volcanoes, and lava generated dreamscape rock formations.

Sailing out in a motorized rubber dinghy to see the largest glacier in Europe which Icelanders talk about as if it were an old friend or a venerable relative, we toasted our arrival with a shot of Floki – a local whisky, on the rocks – in this case a chunk of 500-year-old glacier ice.

Our fantastic knowledgeable guide, Yossi Ben Ami, was so enamored of the history and geology of everyplace we visited, that his enthusiasm became contagious. The waterfalls were lacy elegant streams falling from on high or thundering torrents rivaling the legendary Sambatyon River which rages six days a week and rests on Shabbos.

Our delicious meals were always beautifully presented usually in our own private dining room. For Shabbat we were treated to delicious meals at the Chabad house in Rejkavik, Iceland’s capital city.  Rebbetzin Mushky and Rabbi Avi Feldman were most gracious hosts.

We flew up to Akureyri, known as the Northern capital of Iceland. A delightful small town, which boasts the northern most botanical garden in the world, traffic lights which feature a heart-shaped red light, and an airport runway in the middle of a fjord and a protected nature preserve know as the Black Castle where huge lava formations suggest birds, cathedrals, or whatever your imagination can conjure up.

On our last day we visited the Sky Lagoon – a heavenly Oceanside thermal spa. While there, after luxuriating in the relaxing warmth you can go in for the ‘Ritual’ treatment which starts with a dunk in rather cold water then continues with a salt/mineral scrub, a sauna and other delights.

The hotels were all well-located and comfortable. The other tour members from around the United States, Europe and Israel were a fun-loving, intelligent, cosmopolitan, amiable group.

Kosher Travelers has many other imaginative invigorating trips planned. Don’t leave home without them. Contact the company at koshertravelers.com.

“We can’t stop talking about and reminiscing about our Pesach vacation at Nof Ginosar with Kosher Travelers. It was the perfect family retreat, everyone had something to do while we were all together. Kids had the run of the world in this beautiful pastoral setting,( not to mention the gorgeous pictures that were facilitated by this extraordinary background) The adults loved sitting outside together schmoozing and enjoyed the inspiring and insightful lectures that Rabbi and Dr, Yael Ziegler delivered. We looked forward to the meals, the food was delicious and abundant, hard to believe it was Kosher L’ Pesach!! Our evenings were also entertaining as the program offered activities which were much enjoyed by all of us. We miss those days and look forward to our next trip with Kosher Travelers!!”

David & Chana, Shelley, Yossi, Dina, Ariel and all at Team Kosher Travelers!

As we approach our first Shabbos after Rhodes, our nearly 30 BA’H family members are looking around for our monster table on the PR level and can’t quite understand why the spread of delicacies isn’t quite what it was this time last week. Or the week before…

It’s therefore an appropriate time to thank you all for the most positive, relaxing, fun filled and meaningful holiday we have ever experienced as a family.

From start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with you all. The logistics of our booking were not the easiest and, throughout, you helped find solutions that made things work.

We were overwhelmed when we arrived and equally overwhelmed when we reluctantly left! The attention to detail was unparalleled throughout; the location was beautiful and the class with which you all operated was something hugely impressive.

We chose Pesach to celebrate a momentous occasion in Sue & Alfred’s lives and you helped us fulfil that celebration in style and love. And for that and a fabulous 12 days and nights, we will be forever grateful to you all.

Keep doing what you do and with the usual smiles on your faces; it is a unique and superb example to your industry.

Wishing you all a Shabbat Shalom and with love and thanks always

Our tour leader was most knowledgeable and enthusiastic which in turn transferred to us. He made sure that all our needs were met down to the nitty griddies! The hotels and food were par excellence! Since we were so pleased with everything, we would like to join you on some of your other tours
