The world beyond the ordinary.
Passover 2029 begins at sundown on Friday, March 30, 2029, with the first Seder that evening. It ends after nightfall on Saturday, April 7, 2029 outside Israel, and on Friday, April 6, 2029 in Israel.
Pesach 2029 is 5789 in the Hebrew calendar. Eight days outside Israel, seven in Israel; the first two and last two days are Yom Tov outside Israel, the first and last in Israel, and the days between are Chol Hamoed. The first day of Pesach falls on Shabbat this year, so Erev Pesach is a Friday: the Fast of the Firstborn moves to Thursday and chametz must be sold and put away before Shabbat comes in.
Planning ahead
Kosher Travelers announces its Pesach programs each spring for the following year. The current line-up is the picture of what to expect: a hotel taken for the chag, the supervising rabbinate named, scholars in residence, a children's camp, and a person in your region who answers the phone.
See this year's Passover programs, and send an inquiry with "Pesach 2029" in the message to hear first when the hotels are confirmed.
