Rav and Rebbetzin in Hale

For more than thirty years, they led a community in Hale, South Manchester, before making Aliyah in 2019.

Originally from London, they spent more than three decades in Hale, where Joel served as Community Rav and Ruthie as Rebbetzin, and built the kehilla there.
