Positive psychology and ancient wisdom

Rabbi Dr. Laibl Wolf draws on contemporary positive psychology alongside ancient spiritual wisdom, to reshape how people see their lives and values.

Trained in law and psychology, with degrees from Australia, Israel and the USA that include comparative religion, he is a Hassidic rabbi, therapist and teacher who has spoken at community centers, wellness conferences, spiritual retreats and Buddhist ashrams. His own master is the late Lubavitcher Rebbe, from whom he received his life instructions, and he has met the Dalai Lama and counts Lord Rabbi Jonathan Sacks as a friend and colleague.

Teaching

Spiritgrow, and mindfulness through kavana

He taught Jewish spirituality at Melbourne University, and founded Spiritgrow, the Josef Kryss Center, a personal growth training center in Melbourne where he is Dean.

Rabbi Wolf has pioneered mindfulness meditation training through the Kabbalistic approach of deep kavana, to support spiritual growth and emotional mastery. His meditation and self-mastery audio-visual courses, including the LifePlan7 program, are distributed internationally. He is the author of Practical Kabbalah (Three Rivers Press, an imprint of Random House) and has lectured in more than 500 cities.
