Sunday 5 Nov: Day 1: Casablanca- Fez
Arrival at Casablanca until 16:00 Depart to Fez Overnight in Fez- Riad
Monday 6 Nov: Day 2 : Fez.
The whole day is devoted to the sightseeing of Fez the most ancient cultural and spiritual city of Morocco. After breakfast visit to the Medieval Medina and the Old Jewish Quarter (Mellah) Continue to the famous Jewish cemetery of Fez, where Sulika the "ZADIKA" is buried. Continue to Madrase Bou Inania, the Karaouine Mosque and the famous Nejjarine fountain. Lunch at a typical Moroccan restaurant, continuing the visit through the old Medina where we will see various artisans still working in the old oriental tradition. Return to hotel. Overnight in Fez- Riad.
Tuesday 7 Nov: Day 3 : Fez- Ifran- Midelt- Erfoud
Departure via the Middle-Atlas Mountains, passing by Ifrane, town in the Middle Atlas Mountains of Morocco, about 70 kilometers south of Fez. The town is located 1665 meters above sea level and is known as a major ski tourism site in Morocco. It was established in the 20th century during the French Protectorateand. Stop at Midelt . Continuation to Erfoud. Overnight in Erfoud.
Wednesday 8 Nov: Day 4: -Erfoud - Desert
We will dedicate most of our day to the oasis and to the "Big dune".
After breakfast we will meet our off road vehicles driven by the local berbers and drive south to the town of Rissani. We will further visit the Gnawa tribe which are said to be decedents of African slaves which arrived from "Black Africa". They are well known for their beautiful ethnic music. We will be hosted in one of the local houses and enjoy their music. We will continue to visit the most famous" Big Dune", and enjoy the fascinating architecture of the cassaba houses. Continue our trip to Merzouga Oasis, the perfect place for a restful lunch break. As the day ends we will return to the Big dune and see the most amazing sunset in the Sahara. At night we will stay in the dunes in a glamping camp enjoying the night atmosphere of the Sahara, folklore music and dancing. Overnight in Mezouga Glamping .
Thursday 9 Nov: Day 5 :Mezouga - Dades – Ouarzazat
Morning departure to Tinghir via Tinejdad road with its magnificent Kasbahs. Visit the old water system "Fougar". Visit of the Todra canyons. Walking tour in the canyon. Continuation to Ouarzazate through the road of thousands Kasbahs. Overnight in Ouarzazat
Friday 10 Nov: Day 6 : Ouarzazat - Marrakech
Morning. On the way visiting the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou, the most spectacular fortress in the south of Morocco. Continuation to Marrakech through the Tichka pass (2260m). Late afternoon arrival in Marrakesh. Overnight in Marrakech

Sunday 12 Nov: Day 8: Marrakech
“The Red City” or the “Pearl of the South” are but two of the names given to Marrakesh – the most beautiful city in Morocco that lies at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. The city is divided in two: the new and the ancient. We will visit the Menara Gardens and view the famous Koutoubia Mosque with its 250-feet-high minaret, which can be seen from every point in the city. We will continue on a tour by Visit the Berber pharmacy, which offers the natural remedies that was used by the grandmother.We will continue to the Mellah Jewish Quarter where a large Jewish population once lived, and visit the ancient Slat al- Azama synagogue. This synagogue was built by Jews expelled from Spain in 1492. We will walk through the market quarter of the city. The market is a mass of colors, voices and smells, a polyglot of all the treasures that exist in this country. Dinner/ optional cooking class including dinner.
After dinner, we will tour “Jamaa El Fnaa”, the main square of Marrakesh known all over the world as the symbol and beating heart of the city. Every evening the square comes to life with acrobatics, magicians, fortunetellers, snake dancers and fairy tales. Overnight in Marrakech.
Monday 13 Nov: Day 9: Marrakech - Essaouira – Marrakech
Today our sightseeing will begin in Essaouira, ex Portuguese Mogador stronghold. In the 18 th century, the Alaouite Sultan Mohamed Ben Abdallah charged some prominent Jewish families to promote international trade from the port of Essaouira. Essaouira's mellah covers over 10 percent of the town, but Jews constituted almost 40 percent of the population in the late 1880's. Jewish stars on the doors to the mellah show the degree to which Jews were accepted in Essaouira, to the point that some of the richer Jews did not even live in the mellah. Two historical synagogues should be renovated soon "Slat Rabbi Haim Pinto and Slat Attias". Overnight in Marrakech
Tuesday 14 Nov: Day 10: Marrakech - Ourika – Marrakech
Morning. Discover the idyllic landscape of the Ourika Valley surrounding the Atlas Mountains and hike along the Ourika River. See traditional Berber house and visit and argan oil cooperative. Afternoon depart to Casablanca. Overnight in Casablanca.
Wednesday 15 Nov: Day 11: Departure
Full day Casablanca, the business capital of Morocco. After breakfast, we will see the Great Mosque built half on land and half on water. Many of Morocco’s finest artists and artisans worked for many years to create this magnificent edifice. Meeting with Dayan Chazut at the machkame-"Biet-Din". Lunch at the Habous, Quarter Characterized by mix of French colonial buildings and traditional Maghrebi architecture. Early afternoon Departure to Rabat, the Imperial city, visit to the administrative capital of Morocco with the Hassan Tower, the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum, the Kasbah of Oudayas. Return to Casablanca and Dinner at Kosher Restaurant
