She is the founder and CEO of One Soul, where she leads a team of like-minded people and draws on a global network to make matches across the full spectrum of Jewish life. As a Chabad woman, she brings Torah wisdom and Chassidic philosophy into her work, bridging the inner world and practical life.

From the Inside Out

Rivkah co-hosts the podcast From the Inside Out with Eda Schottenstein, on growth, transformation, relationships and the inner life. The podcast has run since 2020.

Her years of matchmaking and relationship-building led her into a new role, running the women's division of The Purposeful Philanthropist, which extends an existing men's program and helps women give with intention and impact.

She is married to Rabbi Shmaya Krinsky, Executive Director of Chabad World Headquarters.
