We will take a catamaran boat for a crossing of Pina Basin, Mauricio de Nassau Bridge, Brasilia Teimosa district, view of Imperatriz Street.

Jan 30 – Tuesday Recife

Depart for a full day tour to Camaragibe followed by Recife and Olinda. This tour is divided in 3 historical parts: XVI century, XVII century and XX century. XVI Century: Olinda, main center of people in that period, House of Branca Dias ( presumably Mikve ), Da Sé Church – place of denunciation of new Christians, house of the Jewish Guards (today a church ).

XVII Century:  Brasilia Teimosa, Pina neighborhood – place of Jewish people, Bom Jesus Street ( old Jewish street, Kahal Zur Israel Synagogue – the first in the Americas, Mauricio de Nassau Bridge – the first bridge in the city by the Jewsinh engeneer Baltazar Fonseca

XX Century – Maciel Pinheiro Square – meeting point of the Jewish Community, Imperatriz Street – main road on which Jewish trade was focused, Martins Junior Street – where Israelite Synagoge of Recife is located.

Jan 31 – Wednesday Recife & Rio De Janeiro

Recife / Rio de Janeiro – 09:10am / 12:05pm

departure transfer to the airport for our flight to Rio de Janeiro.

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro and enjoy a panoramic city tour will include downtown Rio, the most traditional Israeli Temple in Rio de Janeiro ending at Sugar Loaf hill for the sunset.

The Israeli Temple: Listed by IPHAN (National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute), was the 1st building designed and built specifically to be a Jewish temple and represents the spiritual and historical heart of this community.

The Temple serves today as a landmark of a time in the history of the Jewish community and is a monument that it is obliged to preserve. Center of Jewish religious and social life in Rio de Janeiro, it enchants with its grandiose architecture and elegant decorative elements. The building is beautiful!!

Arrival at hotel and Dinner at Shaq Shuq, a Kosher restaurant located at Brazilian Israeli Club for a dinner.

Feb 01 – Thursday – Rio de Janeiro

Depart for a city tour of Rio to explore other areas of the city and its Jewish Heritage such as Yitzak Rabin Park and its Holocaust Monument, Olympic Boulevard, Jewish Museum, Beit Lubavitch Botafogo, etc.

We continue to the Midrash Cultural Center and Corcovado Mountain and its astonish view of Rio de Janeiro city.

Feb 02 – Friday – Rio de Janeiro

Depart for another city tour including beaches of Rio de Janeiro as Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon, visit of Chaim Weitzmann Square, Anna Frank public school and more . Return to hotel around 01:00pm.

Erev Shabbat Depart by bus to Beth El Synagogue for Shabbat Service & Dinner.

Feb 03 – Saturday – Rio de Janeiro

Shabbat Tefila at Beth El Synagogue. Shabbat lunch and return to hotel, walking with your guide. Rest and relaxation

Feb 04 – Sunday Rio de Janeiro / Iguassu Falls – Brazil side

Departure to the airport for our flight to Iguassu Falls.

Arrival in Iguassu Falls and transfer to Belmond Cataratas Hotel.

After lunch depart for a guided walking tour of the Brazilian falls. The Iguassu National Park is one of the largest vegetation reserves in Brazil. We will beging of the walkways arranged over the Iguazú River ravine. The path of these footbridges extends over almost a kilometer. During the visit it is possible to obtain a panoramic view of the Island of San Martín and the most impressive falls: the Bossetti, the San Martín and the Tres Mosqueteros. Towards the end of the route is the viewpoint, from where you can appreciate a unique view of the Devil’s Throat, which at this point is only about 150 meters away. This wonderful scenery is further enhanced by the permanent formation of rainbows. The itinerary ends next to Salt Florià,

Feb 05 – Monday – Iguassu Falls Brazil / Iguassu Falls Argentina

Today will explore Argentinean side of the falls ending at Iguazu Airport ( Argentinean side ) for your flight to Buenos Aires.

At 08:00 am departure from the hotel and crossing the Tancredo Neves and Juan D. Perón Bridge that joins the cities of Puerto Iguazú (Argentina) and Foz de Igussú (Brazil) to visit the Argentine side of the Falls located inside the Park National Iguazu.

With an area of ​​67,000 hectares, the park was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Falls are made up of 275 waterfalls that plunge from an average height of seventy meters.

Today lunch will be served at El Fortin Restaurant, inside Argentinean Park based on grilled kosher fish and vegetables,

By 04:30pm, transfer to Iguazu Airport for your flight to Buenos Aires.

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you will be transferred to Abastos Hotel.

Full day tour of Buenos Aires

Evening – Tango Show

Feb 07 – Buenos Aires

Full day Jewish Heritage tour.

Late afternoon – transfer to the airport for the flight home.
