Herb Keinon is a senior contributing editor and analyst at The Jerusalem Post, where he has worked for 40 years, including 20 years as diplomatic correspondent. He has covered many of Israel’s defining events, travelled extensively with Israeli prime ministers, interviewed leading political figures, and writes a popular column on everyday life in Israel. His collected essays were published as French Fries in Pita. Originally from Denver, he holds degrees in political science and journalism and has lived in Israel for more than four decades.
Susie Keinon is a psychotherapist and mindfulness based stress reduction teacher with over 30 years of experience. She specialises in anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions, and has worked with families, teenagers, bereaved families and soldiers. She has a private practice in the Jerusalem area, teaches mindfulness courses in English and Hebrew, and hosts a podcast and blog that combine mindfulness with insights from the weekly Torah portion.
