Payment Terms:

• Infants: 0-2 are charged at 40nis per night.
• Children/teens ages 2-16 years are charged at child rates.
• All rates are in ILS and include 17% VAT for Israeli Citizens.
• All reservations require a deposit of 4,000 ILS / $1,000 per room.
• Prices don't include staff tips of 60nis per room, per night. Tips payable on invoice.
• All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy.
• A limited amount of partial stays are available. Please contact us for details.

Deposit, Cancellation Fees & Policy for Chag Programs:

• Cancellation within 30 days or more: full refund receivable less $100/350 ILS Administration fee p/p.
• Cancellation within 30 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date and no show: 100 % of the total amount.
• Guests who are forced to cancel their trip prior to arrival due to Covid 19 illness will be refunded in full for their specific room, less an administration fee of $100/350 ILS per person. Formal medical certification is required.
• If there is a Government imposed lockdown preventing hotels from operating, guests will be refunded in full less an administration fee of $100/350 ILS  per person. 
• All Ministry of Health standards will be strictly enforced.
• If traveling from overseas, comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and medical emergencies is mandatory at the time of reservation. 
• Kosher Travelers recommends Egert & Cohen Insurance for your Travel, Health, Luggage & COVID-19 insurance needs. • All guests are required to fill out our health and physical condition declaration form. 
• Travelers are required to show proof of vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 at the time of reservation.
• If the program is canceled because a minimum number of participants was not reached, you will receive a FULL refund.
