Greater Dubai & Desert Experience
Visit Al Seef, an area rich in historical sites rooted in Dubai’s culture and heritage, adjacent to the Al Fahidi historical neighborhood. Continue the journey by abra, a traditional boat, crossing Dubai Creek to visit the spice market and gold souk.  Learn about Emirati culture, customs, and religion at the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, located in the Al Bastakiya trading village. Drive to the desert for unique activities, including a Bedouin camp experience with hubblie-bubblie (Arab water pipes), Arabic coffee and dates, camel riding, and music. At sunset, watch an amazing falcon show. Guests can view various species up close and handle these magnificent birds under the careful supervision of a specialist. Dinner and music.

Itinerary

Day 1, Monday: Arrival in Dubai

  • Welcome! Check-in and enjoy the hotel facilities.
  • Gourmet dinner.

Day 2, Tuesday: Greater Dubai & Desert Experience

  • Visit Al Seef, an area rich in historical sites rooted in Dubai’s culture and heritage, adjacent to the Al Fahidi historical neighborhood.
  • Continue the journey by abra, a traditional boat, crossing Dubai Creek to visit the spice market and gold souk.

Day 3, Wednesday: Modern Dubai

  • Experience an early morning hot-air balloon ride, flying like a magic carpet high above the mountains at sunrise. Soar along with peregrine falcons, launched from the balloon.
  • Tour futuristic Dubai at the marina, carved along a two-mile stretch of Arabian Gulf shoreline, with a variety of luxury condominium towers and villas perched atop a dynamic waterfront retail promenade.
  • Continue to the Palm Jumeirah, the world-famous man-made islands shaped like a palm tree which form an 11-kilometer-long breakwater.
  • Proceed to downtown Dubai, the newest part of the city. Visit the Burj Khalifa Tower, the tallest building in the world, for panoramic vistas of the city (from the 124th floor observation deck).
  • Enjoy free time shopping at the Dubai Mall. Or watch the Dubai Fountain, a choreographed fountain system located on the man-made Burj Khalifa Lake.
  • Dinner and program at the hotel.

Day 4, Thursday: Ras Al Khaimah

  • Visit the Suwaidi Pearls farm on a floating pontoon structure to discover the historical journey of the region’s pearling industry and learn how the Arabian Pearl became one of the world’s most sought-after gems.
  • Expand your knowledge at The National Museum of Ras al Khaimah, which chronicles the history of the Emirates.
  • Tour the Mohammad Bin Salem Mosque, dating back to the second half of the 18th century.
  • Visit Al Jazirah Al Hamra, the last authentic and traditional town standing in the UAE.
  • Dinner and program at the hotel.

Day 5, Friday: More of Spectacular Dubai

  • Visit the Dubai Miracle Garden, with 150 million flowers arranged in colorful arches and patterns – winner of two Guinness World Records.
  • Stop by the Dubai Frame, an iconic structure that “frames” impressive views of old and new Dubai, while serving as a metaphorical bridge connecting the emirate’s rich past with its magnificent present.
  • Shop at the Mall of the Emirates, the largest mall in the world, with 630 retail outlets, 80 luxury stores, and 250 flagship stores.
  • Afternoon at leisure. Prepare for Shabbat.

Day 6, Shabbat: Restful and Relaxing Shabbat Experience

  • Enjoy Shabbat in a beautiful and traditional ambiance, with tefilla and singing, gourmet meals, and fascinating lectures and shiurim.
  • On Motzei Shabbat, enjoy the gravity-defying performance of La Perle by Fanco Dragone, an unforgettable, immersive production of high-wire acrobatics.

Day 7, Sunday: Sharjah City Tour

  • Journey through this sensitive city, widely considered a cultural capital of the Arab world.
  • Visit the Al Noor Mosque, a masterpiece influenced by classical Turkish Ottoman architecture.
  • Tour the Sharjah Fort and Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization.
  • Take a stroll in the Al Markazi souk, with multiple gold jewelers.
  • Visit the Mleiha Archaeological Centre.
  • Spend time at the Wasit Wetland Centre, a conservation area with captive and wild birds and extensive areas of dunes, mudflats, salty lagoons, and freshwater pools.
  • Dinner and program at the hotel.

Day 8, Monday: Departure

  • Catch your flight home from the Dubai International Airport.

What type of crowd can I expect ?

The common denominator of our clients is Shomer Shabbat and kashrut. There are no religious level criteria to join our tours, cruises or hotel programs and we won't ask you any questions about your religious observance. We attract a diverse group of Jewish, English-speaking guests from across the globe, and encourage an accepting atmosphere among our group members.
